2. How do I place an order?

Simply browse our website, select the item(s) you wish to purchase, choose your preferred color or size (if applicable), and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’re ready, go to your cart and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your payment is processed.


3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment gateways as displayed at checkout. All payments are encrypted and processed securely.


4. How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping times depend on your location. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery can take anywhere from 5–12 business days for standard shipping. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached. Final sale or customized items are not eligible.


7. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can click the link at any time to see the real-time status of your shipment.


8. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We’re truly sorry for any inconvenience. Please email us at support@davssidjudd.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll prioritize correcting it right away.


9. How do I care for my handbag?

To maintain the longevity of your handbag, we recommend gently wiping the surface with a damp cloth and storing it in a cool, dry place. Avoid overloading and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture.


10. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you may be able to cancel or modify it. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@davssidjudd.com. Once the order is shipped, we cannot make any changes.
