At Davssid Judd, we understand that sometimes a product may not be the perfect fit for your needs or preferences. That’s why we offer a flexible and customer-friendly exchange policy to ensure that you’re satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following exchange guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth process.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
You may request an exchange for your handbag within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is in unused, unwashed, and original condition
- All tags, labels, and protective packaging are still intact
- The item is not a final sale or clearance item
- The product was not customized or monogrammed, as such items are not eligible for exchange unless faulty
Items returned for exchange must pass inspection upon arrival at our facility. We reserve the right to reject exchanges that do not meet the above criteria.
2. How to Request an Exchange
To begin the exchange process, please contact our customer support team at support@davssidjudd.com. Be sure to include:
- Your original order number
- The item you wish to exchange
- The reason for the exchange
- The desired replacement item (color, size, or model)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions and the return shipping address.
3. Exchange Shipping Guidelines
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is damaged or incorrect due to our error.
- Outgoing Replacement Shipping: We cover the shipping cost for sending your first replacement item. If you request an additional exchange, outbound shipping may apply.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the shipping receipt until your return is confirmed.
4. Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your exchange within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information for your replacement item as soon as it ships.
Please note: Processing times may vary slightly during peak seasons or promotional periods.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the issue and your order number. In such cases, we will cover both return and replacement shipping costs and prioritize your exchange.
6. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
- Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Customized or monogrammed handbags
- Items returned without prior approval from customer support
